When you send a correction, the most useful details are the page, what changed, and a link to the organizer or agency that confirms it. We do not publish your name or your tip without asking first.

- Event organizers: send the official event page and dates. Listings are chosen by our editors; any sponsored placement is labelled. We add events when they fit the site and we can confirm the details.
- Emergencies and road conditions: we cannot help in real time. Call 911 in an emergency, and dial 511 inside Colorado or visit COtrip.org for road conditions.
- Park and permit questions: the managing agency is the authority. Our guides page links to the official sources for each topic.
